Baking Evolution, owned by Alissandro “Alex” Peña, is about the history and evolution of Mexican bread. Alex needed a blog to house all his recipes, direct readers to his multiple social media platforms and eventually evolve to e-commerce when his cookbook is published. A brand was also developed in short order to establish the look of the site.
